The Michigan Tech Aquanauts, in cooperation with PADI Master Instructor Lundy Castro, present Discover SCUBA, a chance for people to experience the fun of SCUBA diving in a controlled setting. For just $10.00 and about one hour of your time, you'll get hands-on use of SCUBA equipment in a swimming pool, and you'll learn about the training requirements to become a certified diver. Try SCUBA at the Michigan Technological University pool in the Student Development Complex. We have reserved the pool from 9:00a.m.-1:00p.m. on Sunday, September 10, 2006. We supply the SCUBA equipment; you'll just need to bring your swimsuit, a towel, a pair of socks, and a T-shirt. Keep an eye out for us at and K-Day! You must be 12 years old to participate.
